Relieve Back Pain & Stress with TCM Acupressure Massage
Health‑insurance approved
EMR-Nr.: 47026
Do you feel physically or mentally off‑balance, and nothing seems to bring lasting relief?
Symptoms like back pain, digestive issues, or constant fatigue are often signs of blocked energy flow.
Now, imagine…
Your back feels relaxed, your mind clear, and your body full of lightness and vitality.
Energy flows freely again, leaving you grounded and recharged.
Here’s how I help you get there:
I combine acupressure massage with classic techniques. My work includes knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
This holistic approach releases tension and blockages, stimulates microsystems in face and feet, and supports your whole‑body balance and lasting well‑being.
Check with your insurance – many providers cover acupressure sessions.

How TCM Helps with Back Pain
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), back pain is seen as a symptom of deeper imbalances in the body.
Patterns such as Qi stagnation, blood stasis, kidney weakness, or liver Qi stagnation help to uncover the root causes beyond the pain itself.
Possible Related Symptoms
- Sensitivity to cold
- Difficulty urinating
- Reproductive or fertility issues
- Weakness or pain in the knees
- Fatigue
- Anxiety or restlessness
- Hearing problems or tinnitus
Leave Fatigue in Bed
Do you struggle with constant fatigue that affects your mood, focus, and productivity?
According to TCM, lasting fatigue signals an energy imbalance influenced by stress, diet, and life’s daily pressures.
I treat fatigue symptoms with excellent results using ear and body acupressure, which can be combined with cupping therapy.
This combination is highly effective for boosting overall energy levels and addressing systemic imbalances that contribute to fatigue.

When Digestion Disrupts Your Day
Do you often feel uncomfortable after meals?
Digestive problems don’t just affect your body and mood - they can also lead to social discomfort, creating a frustrating cycle of stress and unease in daily life.
Digestive problems often come with symptoms such as body swelling, a feeling of heaviness, sleep disturbances, lethargy, and fatigue.
These symptoms are increasingly common across all age groups, and it can be helpful to consider lifestyle adjustments rather than relying solely on therapeutic measures.
Your Personalized Massage Plan

Microsystem Acupressure
This technique works by stimulating specific points in areas such as the face (head) and feet, which correspond to various organs and systems in the body.
It combines massage with the pressing of certain acupressure points, using fingers, hands, or blunt tools.
Benefits of Facial Massage:
- Deep relaxation for the central nervous system
- Relieves facial muscle tension
- Improves blood circulation and lymphatic flow
- Supports overall health by stimulating key acupressure points
A session begins with a calming massage for the shoulders, neck, and scalp, followed by a gentle facial massage that integrates targeted acupressure.
This soothing yet effective treatment is ideal for those with chronic health issues, leaving you refreshed and revitalized.
Acupressure Body Massage
Acupressure body massage gently supports your body in releasing tension and stiffness in the back, neck, and joints and can help with the aftereffects of sports strain or daily stress.
It also encourages better breathing, smoother digestion, and an overall sense of relaxation and balance.
Whether you are looking for more ease in movement, inner calm, or a moment to simply reset your energy, this massage can become a supportive part of your wellness routine.
Each acupressure session is tailored to your body’s needs.
Depending on the areas being treated, each region receives 20–30 minutes of focused attention, creating a complete 60‑minute flow of relief and relaxation.
Your session may also include soothing techniques like cupping therapy, Gua Sha, or warming moxibustion, leaving your body feeling lighter, balanced, and deeply restored. A gentle pulse and tongue assessment helps me understand your energy flow, so the treatment can be truly personalized.

Semi-Permanent Ear Acupressure
Ear acupressure gently stimulates specific points on the ear that are connected to different areas of the body.
Through reflex pathways, nerve connections, and other natural mechanisms, these points can help influence and support the well-being of the corresponding body regions.
For ear acupressure, I use tiny plant-based seeds on gentle adhesive patches.
By pressing them a few times a day, your body’s natural balance is activated.
The seeds stay on the ear for 3–5 days, subtly supporting your well-being.
Ear acupressure can support you with:
- Pain in the neck, back, head, joints, and other areas of the body
- Weakened immune system
- Stress and feelings of anxiety
- Sleep disturbances
- Support with addiction-related challenges
- Digestive issues
- Allergies

Cupping Therapy
This method is very popular with my clients. Glass cups are placed on the skin to create a vacuum. The suction effect promotes blood circulation in the treated area, supports healing, and relieves muscle tension.
Gua Sha
Gua Sha involves scraping the skin with a tool to improve blood flow. This scraping technique helps release tension, stimulate the flow of Qi (energy), relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and enhance overall well-being.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a therapy in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) where dried mugwort is burned on or near the skin surface to stimulate acupuncture points. This technique promotes healing by stimulating the flow of Qi (life energy) and improving blood circulation.
